Jan Sulzer

As a certified ADHD coach and clinical educational specialist, I have been working with children, adolescents and their families in a wide range of situations for over 25 years. I am very familiar with the challenges associated with ADHD & CO from my job – from forgotten homework to serious existential crises.
Due to my own diagnosis in adulthood, I know ADHD not only as an observer, but also from the perspective of a person affected.
For me it is clear that an ADHD diagnosis can also be a new chance. Whether you are a child, teenager or adult: it is never too late to understand yourself better and to take a new path.

As a coach, I am happy to support you on this journey.
